I think it is more than a meeting that the residents are asking for. They're asking for answers. The fact that they have been given little to nothing... it's like starving a dog. Eventually, they're more apt to bite the hand that feeds.

Luckily, there are some of us who know that biting back isn't the way to accomplish things.

However, I believe that you're going to not do anything aside from turn your nose up at my attempt at civil conversation, despite the fact that it is also an attempt to understand what kind of assurance you're looking for, and if I can provide it at all. You will try to goad me and grind me back into the dirt. To spare you the effort, it won't work. I still stand by what I say.

At the end of the day, that's fine. At least I cannot say I didn't try to overcome the obstacle first.

That is true, but consider this, if I did do something that led you to be killed intentionally, I certainly would be excluded from anything that was an attempt to get home, or rectify the situation.
