[The song playing right now is kind of a personal one. A light lullaby (http://thehungergames.wikia.com/wiki/Songs#.22Rue.27s_Lullaby.22) that has darker undertones to Katniss only. She manages to hold out for a few moments before speaking quietly into the PCD]
