[Static. Static that gives way to a blurry, shaky camera arc, clearing on a section of the wall outside of the Inner City. But like the Animus posts, there's no PCD on the other side of the recording. It just... is, transmitting itself with no apparatus.

The image eventually sharpens. A small fish- mostly green- swims in quick loops, darting around the screen. Considering all the water, it doesn't look out of place.

A single voice finally cuts in, though it fades in and out.]

[So many people. The fish darts over to Fran next- almost too quick to follow, then stops in front of him, staring with blank, fish eyes. In a stab of movement it nips. He might recognize the sensation, but at least it's only one fish this time.

Then it swims lazily back around the three, though it gives a rather stoic look at Castiel (not that it has much range of expression to begin with.

And whenever it speaks, it's like it's coming from inside your head.]
