[The image is Bao Ying again. This time she's a bit calmer, but it's clear she's still on a mission.]
My lieutenant woke up, and has identified the voice of the kidnapper from past posts on the network.
Please turn over Mello.
He abducted Cosgrave, shot him, injected him with an agent when Patrick did not give satisfactory answers, and murdered my lieutenant, who now cannot remember his fiance.
No one else will be pursued, though Patrick believes at least one other was there. Turn over the one responsible, and we also will not come out into the city.
[[ooc: A little bit of OOC info here - Bao's voice is confident because she believes this is the truth. There won't be any 'tells' or anything; she's telling the truth as she knows it.]]

We have enough for logic.

I have to admit the evidence is very strong. I'm not going to stop you, but I'm not going to assist either. Mello's killed in the past. Hurt my friends. Used me as a hostage. I have no reason to shelter him.
But I suggest you obtain a full confession from him, through the means you mentioned, and verify that the suicide device is a lie. That's too big of a worry to leave to chance, and I'm thinking of a certain Colonel who cares quite a bit about his men. I know he would stop at nothing to find the people responsible, too.
Good luck, Colonel.
[Voice]
I'll be thorough, don't worry.
