[The image is Bao Ying again. This time she's a bit calmer, but it's clear she's still on a mission.]
My lieutenant woke up, and has identified the voice of the kidnapper from past posts on the network.
Please turn over Mello.
He abducted Cosgrave, shot him, injected him with an agent when Patrick did not give satisfactory answers, and murdered my lieutenant, who now cannot remember his fiance.
No one else will be pursued, though Patrick believes at least one other was there. Turn over the one responsible, and we also will not come out into the city.
[[ooc: A little bit of OOC info here - Bao's voice is confident because she believes this is the truth. There won't be any 'tells' or anything; she's telling the truth as she knows it.]]

Although I tried to make him believe that his captors were a group of terrorists, the truth is that I was operating alone. Cosgrave should be able to confirm that no one other than me spoke and interacted with him. Naturally, the extent of what he can confirm isn't limited to that.
There's a very easy way to find out how the Lieutenant died: his own confession. When I talked to him and offered the possibility of sparing his life, he refused to take it and kept provoking me, as if certain that he was going to die even if I didn't kill him. Let him describe the moment of his death, and what I was doing while that happened. Offer proof, show us the autopsy that confirms that the bacteria that killed him had been recently injected into his body. I wonder why you haven't done it yet.
Let's face it, this isn't about justice or revenge. This is about covering your own ass instead of facing the truth. And I won't hide it, I'm a murderer myself, easy to blame when murder happens. So let's skip the useless talk and put an end to this farce. Come and catch me if you can, for I've never been inclined to surrender to anyone.
((ooc: Mello has set his coordinates to unhackable, but I assume that the scientists can still hack them for being the creators of the PCD, yes? If they manage to get them, Mello's hiding inside an empty train station. We could play a log if you wish~))

I have no need to cover over anything. If this had been our doing, Cosgrave would be back inside the base and everything would be fine.
You've left out details of your treatment of him. Do you deny punching him? How about shooting his kneecap? And explain the needle you shoved in his arm. Explain why anyone could possibly believe that wasn't the delivery method.
[[ooc: Yes. Anything on the network, the scientists have access to, and right now it serves their best interests if Bao is pursuing this. So they'll have the coordinates. We can indeed log this too. :D ))
[Voice, because Mello doesn't care about his voice being identified at this point]

And then under one of our truth drugs, he admitted he'd goaded you. But this didn't force you to injure him, and it far from excuses you. Cosgrave has a temper, but you were in control.
[Voice]
Or didn't he?
How odd that out of all the details you've shared about our friendly encounter, the final blow that killed him hasn't been mentioned.

[Voice]
Tell me. Would you have the guts to meet me face to face?
[Voice]
Yes. Come to the gate, and I will meet you there.
