[Donna’s voice is cold, smirking.
That’s better. Now, I was wondering, is this really the way you want to set up a meeting? Sending your people in yet again? At least he and his followers were only foolish enough to pursue the Animus.
We’ve heard your requests for a meeting, and we’re considering it. But there are a lot of things to be sorted out first. The biggest question is who guarantees our safety? We’ve gotten some talk, but not a great deal. We need assurances.
[She chuckles shortly.]
Maybe a bigger question is who would even attend if it was about talk instead of fighting. Most of you seem only intelligent enough to know which end of a stick is the pointy one.
Ta-ta, do let me know.
[The feed switches off.]

[Voice]
Anything more to tell use about ourselves, or will you actually comment on the matter at hand?
[Voice]
I didn't send anyone into the city center. I doubt many of us voted for that. I'd be willing to talk. If you want offering for your safety, I thought all of you in your "New Science City" where so superior to us ignorant outsiders that threat of trouble was unthinkable.
Though, that attitude won't help the Dai'elle out at all... I would be willing to protect you humans if you made an excursion out, that's what I'm offering. I'd be amused to see how these talks went.
[Voice]
But my concern remains on prevention, not protection alone. We're not going out to be caught between two sets of barbarians who can't agree as to what a meeting entails.
[Voice]
However, if you want a guarantee that everyone will agree, that's impossible, it's already been proven, twice, that there are several here who will not agree to any sort of peace between us except subjugation.

[Voice]
I must say, you actually remind me of my teacher. She was a hard woman to please as well.

[Voice]
Plus, might as well make the best of the company that's available here, but I'll leave the serious terms of agreement to the Dai'elle as I already said I'd talk, and now I'll help her with the arrangements.

Therefore, the majority of everyone here, save those that find this place a hideout from their other crimes have nothing to gain by remaining stand-offish.
Furthermore, the Animus like their games a lot, so they might amuse themselves by taking away something vital, like everyone's intelligence needed to reverse this.
[Voice]
Yes they do, boy. They get to maintain their fake beliefs of superiority. That's important to a lot of the Outsiders.
I don't trust any of you, I have no desire to trust any of you. But we will see.
