Greetings again. This time I have different questions, ones I don't think will be so... sensitive.

I've been asking some questions, since seeing the look of the outer area. It's far more run down than I was lead to believe. So I've been granted permission to use some of my men to assist some of the worse areas.

If you would be kind enough to state what areas need the most repair, that would help us to help you. Oh, and if there's a better time to show up at.
