[Static. Static that gives way to a blurry, shaky camera arc, clearing on a section of the wall outside of the Inner City. But like the Animus posts, there's no PCD on the other side of the recording. It just... is, transmitting itself with no apparatus.

The image eventually sharpens. A small fish- mostly green- swims in quick loops, darting around the screen. Considering all the water, it doesn't look out of place.

A single voice finally cuts in, though it fades in and out.]

[Hitsugaya makes his way there by tracking the shiny new energy Miss Fishy is emitting, but his distaste for furry white seal flippers will be rather obvious by the time he gets there.]

[And when he does get there, the fish seems to enjoy inspecting said flippers by darting around them, before moving back around his head.]

I do have a choice as to what I freeze.

[It's a tiny bit strained. It also means he can choose to freeze you if you keep playing around with those flippers.]

Freezing yourself is generally a bad move, yes.
