We're not making accusations or pointing fingers at specific people yet. When we go out, we will be looking for evidence. We have some clues as to where to look. It would just be far simpler if he was handed over, with no risk to civilians being caught in the crossfire.

What exactly makes you believe that anyone here is in a position to "hand over" the culprit?

1) I see no clear evidence that it was one of us presented. If you have such evidence, please offer it up.
2) You have deliberately chosen to separate yourselves from us and withhold other information about how this situation was created. That does little to endear you to those who were forcibly taken into this world by no will of their own. I see no reason why we should cooperate with you in this matter when you refuse to cooperate with us on other matters.
3) Even if it was one of us, there is no guarantee that anyone else here knows who the culprit is.
4) By making such a demand, are not potentially creating a situation where an innocent person could be given to you by someone over-eager to avoid trouble?

...If we know nothing about this situation, if we don't start anything unprovoked should you have to come out here...

I can understand that but...not all of us went along with that or even supported it. You lost someone and it wasn't right but...some of us are tired with seeing people die. If one side kills in revenge then it's never going to stop.
