People of the outside. I am Colonel Bao Ying. I lead the soldiers in this world.

One of you, or more, took one of my men. He's dead, mudered.

You can make this very, very simple. You can hand over the culprit.

Or we can do this the hard way, and we'll be coming into your city for a little visit. We'll find them. It's your choice to cooperate or not. We won't kill innocents, but if anyone tries to start anything, we'll put it down.

You've got a half-hour to decide if you want to hand the guilty party or parties over or not. Then we come out there.

What exactly makes you believe that anyone here is in a position to "hand over" the culprit?

1) I see no clear evidence that it was one of us presented. If you have such evidence, please offer it up.
2) You have deliberately chosen to separate yourselves from us and withhold other information about how this situation was created. That does little to endear you to those who were forcibly taken into this world by no will of their own. I see no reason why we should cooperate with you in this matter when you refuse to cooperate with us on other matters.
3) Even if it was one of us, there is no guarantee that anyone else here knows who the culprit is.
4) By making such a demand, are not potentially creating a situation where an innocent person could be given to you by someone over-eager to avoid trouble?

Ma'am, I suggest you find a better way to work out your sense of justice, because if you lead your soldiers out here and try to harm people, your troops are all going to die.

I don't state that as a threat, simply a fact.

It seems you're doing precisely what you don't want us to do, lumping us all into a box. There is only one guilty party; and force is not the way to handle this. Give us more information, and if possible, the location of your man. If you allow us to we will help you investigate and come up with a likely suspect, but I will not stand for threats to my family and allies.
