Greetings again. This time I have different questions, ones I don't think will be so... sensitive.

I've been asking some questions, since seeing the look of the outer area. It's far more run down than I was lead to believe. So I've been granted permission to use some of my men to assist some of the worse areas.

If you would be kind enough to state what areas need the most repair, that would help us to help you. Oh, and if there's a better time to show up at. Every suggestion will be weighed based on the giver; I'm not about to walk myself or my men into anything that even might be a trap. I'd suggest using the... filters? for your responses.

A water tower? I'll look into that. I think we have files on them, that should tell us what to do.

Plows might be makeable. I haven't seen any of the cows; we don't have them inside.

[Attached is a map file with certain areas highlighted, mostly in the Southeastern and Southwestern quarters.]

These are the most highly damaged high-traffic areas that I am familiar with. Water and power would obviously be priorities as well.

I am speaking as a whole. Outsiders describes everyone outside as a whole. But it sounds like it would be a divisive term to use. Do all of the people out there go by a name? Or will Outsiders need to be used?

The southern parts of the city are almost entirely without power and running water.

The fence around the safezone might also need to be consolidated in places. It has rather suffered this past year.
