Where, exactly, will it be held? I mean...is it actually inside those big, tall walls of yours?

Formal attire may be located where? Is there a particular culture you expect to be represented in this formal wear, or is it merely formal wear? I mean, suit and tie western style, Japanese kimono, Indian sarong, what?

Am I allowed to bring anything? May I ask someone to accompany me? Is everyone invited? I can't tell, and this is a private line, it looks like, so it could even be just me...and I wouldn't want to raise hopes, you understand.

The party will run from 8 PM to 1 PM, and we can provide transportation to and from the location, though a request will have to be made in advance.

A party is a nice gesture, but it's going to take a lot more than that. You just appear out of the blue, offer us a bit of food, and send us on our merry, it en't gunna do it. There are people out here who can help you. Mingle or something. Help us set up stuff that we need. Running water, decent sewage. It's clear this city is yours more than ours, even when we do all the work. Put something of value into it already.
