Greetings again. This time I have different questions, ones I don't think will be so... sensitive.

I've been asking some questions, since seeing the look of the outer area. It's far more run down than I was lead to believe. So I've been granted permission to use some of my men to assist some of the worse areas.

If you would be kind enough to state what areas need the most repair, that would help us to help you. Oh, and if there's a better time to show up at. Every suggestion will be weighed based on the giver; I'm not about to walk myself or my men into anything that even might be a trap. I'd suggest using the... filters? for your responses.

As for your proposition, I think area between [x,y] and [x,y] in southeaster quarter is in worst shape thanks to the recent sandstorm.

The PCD sends out a signal that tells us whose it is, and I have heard your voices before.

Sandstorm? We dealt with it being hot and drought-like. Maybe the walls break the winds for us. I will check out that location. Is there a certain day or time people might want to join in the repair effort?

I am speaking as a whole. Outsiders describes everyone outside as a whole. But it sounds like it would be a divisive term to use. Do all of the people out there go by a name? Or will Outsiders need to be used?
