Greetings again. This time I have different questions, ones I don't think will be so... sensitive.

I've been asking some questions, since seeing the look of the outer area. It's far more run down than I was lead to believe. So I've been granted permission to use some of my men to assist some of the worse areas.

If you would be kind enough to state what areas need the most repair, that would help us to help you. Oh, and if there's a better time to show up at. Every suggestion will be weighed based on the giver; I'm not about to walk myself or my men into anything that even might be a trap. I'd suggest using the... filters? for your responses.

We use the river, and have been trying to locate underground water sources to make things more reliable. The heat wave was hard on us.

Those ... meetings that you have been told were happening ... Would there be any chance of knowing what was reported about us and why you were led to assume that they were genuine ? Simple observation of the network would have proven that none of these meetings took place, as they were never mentioned by any of us. And I do have reason to believe that the network is monitored, since the PCD come from people on your side.

Someone mentioned a sanstorm.

I'm not sure if I can get that info, but I'll try. I just know that I was given attendance reports.

No soldiers have had PCDs before I contacted the city the first time. Now I have one and myself and a few others are learning on it. Monitoring the network... there's hardly time for that. And this doesn't go back farther than when I got it.

There was a quite severe one, right before the temperatures dropped again.

Thank you, Colonel. And I was aware that your men were not monitoring the network, but someone is, and using the information they find to somehow fool you.

In the meantime, are there any areas in particular you'd recommend for us to see to?

The southern parts of the city are almost entirely without power and running water.

The fence around the safezone might also need to be consolidated in places. It has rather suffered this past year.

We have done what we could to keep in shape, but again, the storm might have damaged it again in less frequented areas.

I understand. There's not a lot that you could do, if what I'm hearing is accurate.

If the source of your information is someone on this side, then yes, what you are hearing is sadly accurate.
